Therapeutic Massage - 60 Minutes

This whole-body massage combines techniques from relaxation massage, myofascial release therapy and pressure point bodywork to release physical, emotional and mental tension and achieve a state of deep relaxation, equilibrium and inner peace. Gentle strokes and applied pressure increase blood and lymph flow to the connective tissues which improves pain, stimulates detoxification, soothes the nervous system and activates the innate healing abilities of the body.

Therapeutic Massage - 90 Minutes

Reiki / Energy Healing Session

Reiki is a gentle hands-on healing practice that supports the body’s self-healing ability and helps to increase vitality, reduce stress and anxiety, manage pain, improve sleep and enhance overall well-being. While receiving the treatment you will lie comfortably and relaxed on the massage table fully clothed.

There is an opportunity at the end to discuss intuitive insights and messages received during the session.

Flower Essence Therapy - Remedy included!

Flower Essences are gentle and powerful vibrational remedies that help us transform and shift negative attitudes, emotions, mindsets, moods, and behaviors.
During the consultation we will explore emotional and mental patterns you are willing to transmute in order to become a more relaxed, positive, joyful and empowered version of yourself.
After the consultation, I will create a personalised First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® blend for you to support your personal transformation over the next 4-6 weeks (price of the essence blend is included in the appointment cost).

Naturopathy - Initial Appointment & Comprehensive Health Plan

Your first naturopathic appointment is centred around a complete holistic health assessment, including your current concerns, your health history and your personal future-wellness goals.
Following this consultation, a comprehensive personalised health plan including lifestyle and dietary advice and recommendations for herbal and nutritional medicines will be presented to you online.
Depending on your individual situation, for best results and true shifts towards greater health and well-being it is recommended to continue care with regular bi-weekly or monthly follow-up appointments for at least 3-6 months.

Naturopathic Consultation - Follow-up Appointment

Acute Natural Health Consultation

30 mins··$90

This option includes a holistic health consultation focussed on an acute symptom or a particular health issue, e.g. respiratory symptoms, muscle and joint pain after injury, sudden anxiety/panic attacks, short-term insomnia. Herbal and nutritional supplements and simple dietary & lifestyle adjustments will be recommended according to your individual situation to relieve symptoms (cost for remedies is not included in consultation price).
Please keep in mind: While natural remedies can be powerful in support in relieving acute symptoms, a full naturopathic work-up that allows establishing the root cause of those symptoms is highly recommended.
